The #BattleOfThePipe started only because governments of the world could not keep their greedy paws off social cultures in their races towards accumulating Bitcoin. Who knew that smoking would be the spark to global geoRevolution.
Smoking is a timeless socio-cultural expression rooted in traditional means of cultivating and managing civil order.
The earliest form of human celebration is rooted in the discovery of fire, and the realisation of how certain facets and features of the natural world respond and react to the application of fire in their native environment. As a result of trial and error, certain branches and twigs released aromas and effects which induced sense reactions in humans, leading to several key points in our chronology as a human species, namely:
- we tamed fire, learned what and how to smoke.
- we tamed fire, learned what (and what not) to cook with while we smoke.
- we industrialized the processes of fire dispensation, smoking and cooking.
- industrialization lead to rapid growth in Capitalism as a dominant voice in regulating fire and its applications,
- industrialized capitalism fuelled greed and corporate coruption when Europeans discovered the resources other parts of the world were enjoying primitively, and set forth on holy and colonial crusades for the past 2000 years in the 100,000 year chronology of recorded human existence on this planet,
- Corporate coruption realized that the only way to stay rich is to be president of a country, leading to the century of the managerial presidents, namely Donald Trump in the U.S., Cyril Ramaphosa in the RSA, and (insert name of politician) from (pick a country at random).
The only remaining question on the world's collective thoughts by August 2020 was: "Revolution".
In 2020, the straw which broke the camel's back was a serious alcoholic, hallucinating from sobriety (imposed by state prohibition of alcohol sales), craving a cigarette (also prohibited by State), on the day that the last illegal cigarette is sold at R20 for a single fag.
