‘To be a
philologist, one must be able to orate the truths like no other.’ – Lebogang K
Tlou
#IAmJustice
.
I boomed in
October 1991, on the 2nd day of that beautiful Wednesday
afternoon.
Outside,
birds were chirping gleefully, their song singing: “Everything animate or
inanimate that is within the universe is controlled and owned by the Lord.
“One
should therefore accept only those things necessary for himself, which are set
aside as his quota, and one should not accept other things, knowing well to
whom they belong.”
The trees
heard this song, and with the assistance of the Wind produced a tornado of dust
atop the hospital where – feeble and weak – was born to an unprepared mother
the greatest, most glorious bundle of joy: me.
Thus, did
the trees to which say: “One may aspire to live for hundreds of years if
they continuously go on working in that way, for that sort of work will not
bind him to the law of karma. There is no alternative to this way for mankind.”
On my 2nd
birthday, in 1993, the Maiden of my imagination from the unseen chanted:
“Asurya
nama te loka andhena tamasavrtah; tams te pretyabhigacchanti ye ke catma hano
jana! The killer of the soul, whoever he may be, must enter into the planets
known as the worlds of the faithless, full of darkness and ignorance.”
I heard
each word, both in Sanskrit as well as in the language of my spirit, which is
multilingual until this very day, and diversified in range.
Surely
darkness and ignorance had engulfed me, because of hospitalization, loads of
pharmaceuticals designed to neutralize negative asthmatic effects, and hours
spent on a hospital bed; yet, for the birth of darkness and ignorance in me, I
would never have discovered my bottomless well of imagination. My hyper surreal, super powerful imagination
has intrigued me ever since.
On my third
birthday in 1994, when I had gained a measure of cognizance, I was well aware
of the old man with a staff who came to me in my slumber, and spake:
“Although
fixed in Krishna abode, the Personality of Godhead is swifter than the mind and
can overcome all others running. The powerful demigods cannon approach
Him. Although in one place, LebogangKaSipho
Kote MkhalipeKaPenelope Abigail Tlou Tlou controls those who supply the air and
rain. He surpasses all in excellence.
The Supreme Lord walks and does not walk.
He is far away, but He is very near as well. He is within everything,
and yet He is outside of everything.”
I woke from
that dream empowered, and searched many dreams to piece it all together.
Here, is it
pivotal that I disclose, dear reader, that my Personal Leadership Philosophy is
rooted in the Absolute Philosophy of Sri Isopanisad, which states through
Mantra six (Sri Isopanisad, 6: 28):
“Bhagavan
who sees everything in relation to the Supreme Lord, who sees all entities as
Lebogang K Tlou parts and parcels, and who sees the Supreme Lord within
everything, never hates anything nor any being”.
For the
first thirteen years of my young life, I was sickly, feeble and weakened by
asthmatic impulses controlled by the external environment.
For it I
was always at the core of everybody’s concern – which, of course, included the
unseen, which each year would sing a mantra to accompany the first which was
sung by the birds, and the second barked by the trees at the hour of my
birth.
In the
present, I root my personal brand in historical accuracy. Historical accuracy is the process whereby
events of the past are revisited with an air of righteousness,
philologically. Of particular interest
to this school of research would be information concerning Africa, and
especially intelligent information regarding native mythologies across the
continent, and where they intersect.
The school
of Historical Accuracy is niched securely as a bridging space between modern
day journalism studies and practices, and applied historical research
faculties.
Boasting in
surrender to a greater power is a custom among various African tribes across
the continent.
My
sentences can be long. Though is that not a writer’s way of manifesting
opportunities to display satisfactory application of more than one punctuating
mark.
Philology
is rooted in a Greek appreciation of tales as ancient as the very rocks beneath
our feat (to be gentle-mannered, mild, and kind to the institution of academic
scholarship in search of an adjective…).
Philo means
‘Love’, loosely; Logy denotes Logos (an archaic means of saying anything
from ‘word’ to ‘series of chronological occurrences orated or narrated in a
reasonably structured format, be it oratory or scribed in some or other
fashion, don’t tarry, so long as it is factual’. Acknowledge here that if we are to deconstruct
logos to the very core of the etymology of this word, we would 8 times loop
ourselves in ironic riddles).
There are
no African Philologists beyond myself. The
occupation has been fixating on Indo-European primeval chronicles and pretty
much Greek theism since forever (as it translates into Christian dogma to an
African people lapping that western mythology up, praying that a Jewish lad who
resurrected will return in the flesh).
I am
optimistic that Christ will come again: that Isa Yahshua Ibn Maryam Nazritr
will greet me as an old friend, and show me how to bend the air and ascend as
well (although that point of departure from this realm is still quite distant
from the present for me).
It is said
that only truly intelligent people come to God. That the most intelligent rally to Krishna for
solace and fellowship at all times. A
philologist, as an example of what it is that I do, is skilled at linking
variables of no obvious connection together through application of logical
deduction (ie, Christ chanted the Hare Krishna up the mountain on crucifixion
day).
Between the
ages of 4 and 15, my mother had me undergo Occupational Therapy to fix me up. I had braces, still wear spectacles, and I
love a good story. Growing up, in my
earliest years when my mother and I used to share a bed, she would tell me
bedtime stories which always kick-started my imagination.
I say
kick-start intentionally. My inner television has always reacted to soft
external voices or sounds laced with care and compassion. I was
born a Romantic.
Over time, I realized that Romanticism, is the
very basis of ethno-identity on this continent since precolonial history (Roman
denoting ‘novel’, as in, novel virus which killed many Romans, to play with
words in a crude manner towards emphasizing that the appreciation for words
leads to many dark and Enlightened spaces, and interpretation is a matter of
subjective choice and preference).
Yet this revelation,
hitherto, is barely conveyed to Africans in a critical manner, with decolonial
intention (Paulo Freirs’s #TowardsACriticalPedagogy, #PedagogyOfTheOppressed
and Augusto Boal’s #TheatreOfTheOppressed are relevant here).
My personal
leadership style is at Maturity Level 5 (pending my personal definition)
selling.
My
leadership manifests on the surface as Laisse-Faire: although my paternalist
nature comes with an autocratic disposition.
Democracy is a becoming myth.
The secret
to autocracy is to exclusively select whom to entrust with the knowledge that I
am a skilled puppet master with a basic degree in journalism and drama,
applying it towards becoming professor of the multi-arts through acquiring more
qualifications on paper.
Philology,
to this end, serves me in that through my love for knowledge (Vedas), I have
acquired grounds to not only lead a great life pursuing scholarly endeavors;
though it has also empowered me to strive towards doing all I may in order to
free my land, per terra a sanguine ad identi, and retire as a monarch (where
I was born but a citizen in a land seized and grabbed 350 years before I was
born…).
Towards
establishing my birthright inheritance of an enclaved, demilitarized zone,
constitutional monarchy sovereign kingdom with 490 adult citizens accounted,
the aim is to begin with founding South Africa’s first Historical Accuracy and
Philology institute within Rhodes University.
The RU
Historical Accuracy and Philology Institute (HAPI) would be my flagship project
as Director of an institution, applying acquired skills backed by accumulating
qualifications.
In 2020, I
returned to school because I realized that one degree meant very little in the
career of a person aligned with the trajectory of being a professor and a
Lord. The land I speak of is neither cared
for by the government, nor regarded as anything but a means to keep the Central
Intelligence agencies of the western world paying their tithes for mining
vanadium at super low cost to company, working my grandmother’s cousins to
death.
Philology
is central to the employment fields of: (1) Intelligence and Information, (2)
Education and Research, (3) Entertainment, and (4) Decolonizing.
I am the
least radical and extreme of individuals, and have always believed in a
diplomatic means of achieving the inevitable outcome. One who is surrendered to the inevitable
outcome is the Master of Life and Death and all that exist in between the two
poles of civilization on any planet.
In this
lifetime, I will reestablish a nearly moribund ethno-monarchy system, be a
celebrated Philologist and Archaeological adventurer because as a journalist I
rooted myself in Historical Accuracy.
As a
student, I rooted myself in getting my PhD in multidimensional theatre
application at all cost, beginning with a second qualification in media, this
time at a management level of participation.
In 2020, I
returned to Rhodes because Makhanda is where all my dreams have ever come true
– and that is a powerful thing for a locally well-travelled person to say.
At the core
of me is the truth that this is where I will live my happiest years
consecutively for many more to come, and it’s because some people are born to
be saints like I am.
One could
easily call me vain, though I would call them ignorant on the learnings of the
absurd.
My mother raised me to be the best at whatever
I set my mind to, and I set my mind to Absolute God Personality and all the
glory and honor and splendor and majesty and delight and, let us not forget,
bloodshed which comes with being a righteous Azanian standing tall always
(Rasta).
I was
raised Anglican, awoke Krishna Conscious. now I am firmly situated within the
celestial concourse on high which lauds the banners for the Baha’I tribe of
modern day Babists – which is, arguably, evolved as a result to Islamic
evolution and middle-eastern epistemology.
On the surface,
I portray an abundantly blessed individual with strong ethical values, a lot of
grit, resolute faith and a touch of destiny. Thank you for reading my
magick.
Your
kindness may be rewarded by hosts of plentitude before ever you meet them.
Personal
Brand Statement
Rooting
myself in Philology and Historical Accuracy has resulted in the 2019
establishment of my personal brand, the Mobile Comic Library.
The Mobile Comic Library is a
non-profit, non-government, patron sponsored social-corporate responsibility
wheel of the broader Timeless Entertainment Enterprises Federation™ (TEEF™).
TEEF™ is a
multidimensional multimedia shareholdings conglomerate established in Port
Alfred, South Africa in 2017, for profit
generation through multidimensional artistic pioneering aligned with applied
digital currency service rendering, emerging transcendent solutions packaging, as well as decolonial
edutainment/ entertainment thought leadership and strategic development skills
transference as basic deliverables.
Through the MCL, the operational
intention is to administer transformational, visionary change from a C2 control
theory strategic leadership perspective.
This initiative is predicted to prove
itself successful within 6 months of inception towards the 10 year inevitable
outcome in reestablishing a sovereign, demilitarized constitutional monarchy
enclaved nation-state within South Africa, upon the lands previously belonging
to the Kingdom of Lesotho per terra a sanguine ad identi. The revelation that my grandmother is of
Royal nobility, from an ancient bloodline of chiefs and monarchs who lived
humbly in the north as wardens to those far reaches of the Kingdom of Lesotho
in the precolonial era; is one too few people are learned enough to hold
discourse in.
That is the
primary remedying point the MCL guarantees to deliver on correcting, through
making comic culture trend like never before on Africa.
Although a claim to royalty is not one
easily assumed nor executed nor often popular, it is known that truth tends to
become accepted as logic by persons equipped to engage with the volumes of
literature on the subject matter of Broken Lineage: The Moribund
succession lines of modern Azania – an upcoming Post-Doctoral investigation
scheduled to commence by Dr Lebogang K Tlou in January of 2029.
The best way of providing a visual
representation at this point is by likening myself to Professor Indiana Jones,
the American archaeologist who went on epic adventures for the thrill in
arriving at varying degrees of absolute knowledge, which is the basic
foundation of fact-based research learning at any level.
I shall be an actual Professor in the humanities when the world of
cinematics is ready to cast a black person to portray the role of Indiana Jones.
Thus
is it not recommended that I live the life which will be portrayed by me in
that future
#IAmJustice.
revisitation
of a poignant, realistic movie franchise enterprise? I look the part. I lead towards sharing in an
abundance, which is achievable by one who shows grit in the face of any
obstacle and any trial.
The glory of all glories rest with the
righteous who stand fast and firm, tirelessly clinging to the chords of
accurate truth and fair historic representation.
My personal brand statement is, thus
appropriately pre-affirmed: “I am Justice”/#IamJustice.
